Terms of use
Terms of use
These terms cover the website and the free assessment only. Paid work is governed by a separate engagement letter.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Candovio. They apply when you use this website. To use the free assessment, you accept them on the sign-up screen.
2. What the assessment is
The assessment applies published rules, as at the date shown in the result, to the answers you give. It produces a provisional result. It is not legal advice, it is not the view of any regulator, and it is not a promise that any regulator will grant, or grant within any time, any licence or approval.
A provisional result is provisional until Candovio has confirmed it with you on a call. The confirmed report that follows the call is prepared for the named applicant and the business described, and for no one else.
3. Access during the beta
Access to the assessment is by invitation. An invitation is personal to the applicant named in it, is valid for the period stated in it, and may be withdrawn. Candovio may limit the number of assessments an account can run.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the assessment only for a business you are entitled to represent.
- Do not upload or paste identity documents, or anyone else's personal data.
- Do not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the assessment, its rules or its results, and do not use them to build or train a competing service.
- Do not present a result as the view of any regulator or as legal advice.
5. Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the answers you give. The privacy notice explains how personal data is handled, including processing by an AI model, with your consent.
6. Intellectual property
The website, the assessment, its rules and its reports belong to Candovio or its licensors. You may use a report you receive for the business it was prepared for.
7. Liability
The website and the provisional result are free general information and come without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Candovio is not liable for loss arising from reliance on them. Candovio's liability for a confirmed report or paid work is set out in the engagement letter. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or gross error, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
8. Changes and termination
Candovio may change the assessment or these terms, and may suspend or end access to the assessment. Changes are posted on this page with the date they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE that apply there. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
