Candovio helps clients to set up under any of the five regimes in the UAE: the two financial free zones, Dubai's virtual-asset regime and the federal regulators onshore.

Our work is developing licensing applications, authorisation support, ongoing compliance, fund structuring and virtual-asset licensing. The services page describes each of these services, and the team page names the people who review your work.

How we work

Rules first. Every statement we make about a licence is taken from the regulator's own rulebook or website, named by source and labelled Rule, Guidance, Practice or Judgement. The methodology page explains the labels, the review step and how corrections are handled.

The free assessment, run by Clara, our AI assistant, is where every engagement starts. It is followed by a call-back to confirm your answers, a confirmed report for your route, and, if you decide to go ahead, an engagement letter that sets out the scope and the fee for your regulator and category.

When the work starts, your compliance lead and any lawyer you have engaged join the same workspace, with the report and the record of what was decided already in it. Nobody re-explains the business.
